The food and the service from the waitress who served us were perfect. I want to highlight that we were with a dog, and they let us eat with her inside the restaurant (something few places do these days). And it was really appreciated being able to eat inside instead of in the hot August sun. They even provided a water bowl for her. It was a real plus for the trip. Establishments that treat my dog ​​like one of the family will have my support and recommendation. 🥰 By the way, I recommend making a reservation before going, as it gets busy.

I recommend it 100%. A 10-point restaurant. Even better: a 12-point restaurant. The food is incredible and the service excellent. We had some amazing bravas, potato wedges with a delicious sauce, just the right amount of spice. A family-sized pizza with a crispy crust that smells like homemade bread, very appetizing. We ordered the family-sized pizza in halves: Tonino and Biescas. With abundant and very fresh ingredients, very good quality. And to top it all off, we had an excellent tiramisu, prepared just right: with plenty of syrup and a very fluffy mascarpone cream with a touch of Amaretto. The coffees were very tasty and flavorful. The service was top-notch: fast, very friendly, and pleasant. Olé! That's right!

We made a reservation and were served immediately. They have medium and family-sized pizzas. You can choose the family-sized pizza by the half, and they're all delicious. For dessert, we ordered cheesecake, and it was delicious. The servers are very pleasant. I recommend this restaurant 100%.

The pizzas are delicious. The dough is excellent. If you like foie gras, don't miss the foie gras pizza; it was spectacular! 🤤😍 You can order the family pizza with two flavors and the individual pizza with just one, and you can also add extras to the pizzas. I recommend booking before coming to make sure you have a seat, as the place is a bit small. Very fast service. 👌 I will definitely be back if I return to Biescas!

Great place to eat Italian food. The smell of the wood-fired oven reminded us of Italian trattorias. The homemade dishes and desserts were excellent. We'll definitely come back again.

My partner and I went to lunch after an hour of trying to find somewhere dog-friendly, and not only did they serve us with incredible kindness, but they also let our dog in and provided a little bowl of water for her in case she got thirsty—a great touch! As for the food, it was unbeatable quality! Homemade pasta and pizzas with a delicious, crispy crust. We ordered mascarpone ravioli, which were not on the menu, and had a wonderful balance of flavors. The pizza polituara was spectacular; all the ingredients had room in the mouth, and we definitely enjoyed it, as the portions were more than adequate for two people to share. We even had room for dessert (but only because we all know it's going to another stomach...) and we got it right by ordering a very good coulant. I'd like to highlight the service again. The waitresses served us with a smile and were very friendly, making us feel very comfortable and offering very good recommendations. Plus, they treated all their customers very warmly, which is always greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended stop when visiting Biescas (or if you live there, of course!). If we return to the town, we'll definitely be back.

Sometimes life pleasantly surprises you, and today it did for me. A great pizzeria, good ingredients, a good oven, a good chef, and very friendly staff... The result will always be excellent. Eating well is happiness, thank you!
